• Inkjet Addressing
  High quality inkjet addressing in black and white or color! Inkjet a return address, tag line, and/or permit imprint onto envelopes, self-mailers, or magazines. UPPER and Mixed case with a range of font styles.
• Cheshire Label Addressing
  Although Cheshire labels are not as widely used, they still work great on dark printed backgrounds for optimum OCR readability.
• Pressure Sensitive Label Addressing
  1 Up Labels to 3 Up Pressure Sensitive Labels and Piggyback Labels. Piggyback labels are great for addressing with and can be reused by the receiver to place their name label on order forms and/or replys.

We offer hand inserting and machine inserting to accommodate your project requirements. If the mailpiece is machine insertable, sealing is done in line with no additional charge. We also offer hand inserting, match inserting, hand sealing, and machine sealing after matched inserting. Our machines insert up to as many as 6 pieces into an envelope and seal inline.

Imprint a letter and envelope with variable data for a professional and personalized looking mail piece. We’ll make 100% sure the letter corresponds to the matched envelope with as many insert as needed along with it.

Where do you put tabs? Why do you need tabs? How many do you need? How important are they?

Tabs, also known as wafer seals, are small round adhesive stickers that are used to hold a mailpiece closed. It is important to have your mailpieces sealed properly so that the piece will not be damaged in the mail stream by the USPS high speed processing machines.

Any mailpiece that has been folded and is seeking automation rates will need tabs. If your mailpiece has the opening at the top, your piece will need one tab placed in the center. If the opening is at the bottom, then you will need two tabs. If your mailpiece is oversized or does not meet postal requirements, then you may need more than one tab. If your mail piece requires a piece to be adhered to it, glue dots are a great way to get the job done. We can adhere a small plastic card or business card to any mail piece without being seen. Call for inquiries.
